Tags make it easy to organize and filter your One Community database. They are especially useful if your organisation has multiple teams working in One Community or if you want to separate different concerns.
You can tag the following objects:
- Email campaigns
- Transactional mails
- Email templates
- Email senders
- Product categories
Everything else, such as contacts, orders and products, automatically inherits tags through the objects listed above.
From the top-right menu, navigate to Manage tags.
