Transactions are automatically added when an order is added. Orders can be added manually through Sales > Orders (direct debit and bank transfer transactions), or are added after an end-user submitted a form through the website. One Community automatically generates transactions for recurring purchases (subscriptions).
Payment terms within in the same order that share the same collect date are grouped into one transaction.
